Today, October 16, 2025, the Albany-Dougherty County Emergency
Operations Center (EOC) will be activated at 5 p.m. In anticipation of increased activity in Downtown Albany and the surrounding areas during Albany State University’s Homecoming Parade and festivities, the City of Albany is actively preparing to ensure public safety and smooth operations.
