Purpose

  • To ensure proper oversight of all funds appropriated to the City.
  • To minimize the City's risk of non-compliance with grant requirements.
  • To ensure proper administration and accounting of all grants.
  • To maintain a comprehensive list of all proposed and active grants.

City Programs, Departments, and Divisions wishing to submit a grant application soliciting funds must complete the Intent to Apply in the Neighborly software program before seeking approval to apply for such a grant.
