Site Plan Review

The Site Plan Review is responsible for ensuring a smooth process toward the approval of public and private site development plans. The Site Plan Review Division collaborates with the Building Inspection, Planning & Zoning, and other City staff to review site plans, development codes, and ordinances, and recommends code revisions to ensure that staff remains informed about site construction and new developments. In addition, this Division maintains a library of site drawings.

The review includes verification of compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in each of the following 13 review areas:
