Customer Satisfaction
Our goal is to establish and maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, the Public Works Department implemented the "The Public Works Customer Service Initiative" program. We will provide:
Rapid Response
This means responding to your service request as quickly as possible, from the time we receive your phone call, to distributing and/or dispatching the information to the appropriate supervisor, to completion of the service request.
Quality Service Delivery
Public Works makes every effort to complete a customer's request within (1) working day of receipt, if the request cannot be handled within (1) working day of receipt, the appropriate supervisor contacts the customer and advises them of the estimated date of completion. If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the supervisor from meeting the scheduled completion date, the supervisor contacts the customer and reschedules the work request.
Follow-Up
Divisional supervisors inspect work order sites upon completion to determine if the completed work meets Public Works acceptable standards.
