Utility Operations generates and transmits or distributes electricity, gas, or water to the general public. Our services are essential and play a vital role in economic and social development. We operate with a service motive keeping in mind the primary objective of social welfare. We strive to provide safe and adequate services in a timely manner. For this purpose, we must utilize all our capacities. It is necessary that our services are supplied regularly, uniformly and adequately.
