ERRATA Notice for Albany Multimodal Transportation Center Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)

The City of Albany and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) inadvertently included some typographical errors in the following documents linked on this page.

1. The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) dated Sunday, December 9, 2018, was signed on Monday, December 10, 2018.
   
   
2. On Page 6 of 12 in the FONSI, in the second paragraph, the “Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)” should read “Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)” and it was fully executed on December 10, 2018.

We regret any confusion that may have arisen from these errors.
