Albany Utilities Online Payment System Upgrade – Beginning April 16th

Albany Utilities will perform a system upgrade on the Customer Portal and Phone Payment System on April 16, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. EDT.

Expected temporary service impacts:

Customer Portal & Phone Payments: Unavailable on April 16 from 8:00am - 9:00 a.m.
Payment Wallet Feature: Unavailable on April 16 - April 30.
• During this time, customers can still make payments but will need to manually enter payment information instead of using saved payment methods.
