Albany Utilities customers can access account information from the comfort of home or anywhere! This new Self Service Features:

  • View Bills
  • Complete Payments
  • Paperless Bill Enrollment
  • Usage graphs
  • Billing graphs
  • Payment graphs
  • Request for Payment Arrangements

How do I register my utility account?

To access your account information you must register at the link secure link: myauportal.albanyga.gov

Once you register you will receive an email that will need to be confirmed prior to completing your registration. Once the email is confirmed you will be able to select the link to bring you to the sign in page. Re-enter your username and password then you will have to enter your account information.

You will need to have a copy of your bill that shows the account number. The account number will be shown as follows:

Enter the information into the search account information as seen in the following image along with your service zip code and select continue:

Once you continue you will be able to view account and pay your bill.
