MBEC Program 

The City of Albany operates the Microbusiness Enterprise Business Center (MBEC), a business incubator that assists small businesses and entrepreneurs with micro-enterprise development and job creation. Business space may be leased through a Virtual Program, Incubator Program, or Market Rate Program. 

MBEC Conference Room

The MBEC houses state-of-the-art meeting and training rooms for business purposes. The first-floor conference room is available for reservation by MBEC businesses and the general public. At a low hourly rate, the 1st Floor Conference Room space has a seating capacity of seventy-five (75) people. Rental rates include the use of chairs, tables, and a meeting board. Audiovisual equipment is available at an additional cost. The conference room is available for public reservation Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may reserve this room online by clicking on the link below. You may also refer to the calendar below to check availability. Events marked in blue are scheduled for the second-floor conference room. This space is not available for public use. Please note that your reservation will not be complete until payment has been made. It is necessary to read the rules and regulations below before completing the form.
