Part artist mixer, part creative showcase, and part optional costume party, the evening is open to the public. New this year is a mini food truck festival in the Arts Council's parking lot, with El Caribe Dominican Restaurant, Lil Mama's Kitchen, and Deb's Curbside Cupcakes. Artists are invited to share their work, process, or performance for up to five minutes.
