Albany, GA – On Monday, September 28, 2026, beginning at 8 a.m., the Army Corps of Engineers will close the outside lane of westbound traffic on W. Broad Avenue between Washington Street and Jackson Street.
Construction is expected to last a week and a half or until the work is complete.
This will cause traffic delays, so drivers should prepare for longer drive times. Motorists should also use caution when driving through the area, as crews will be working.
