Albany, GA – On Monday, March 16, 2026, the City of Albany and Dougherty County Administrative Services will be closed due to potentially severe weather.
All essential staff will report when it is safe to do so, and non-essential staff will work from home.
This closure will include the Dougherty County Courthouse.
The Dougherty County Commission meeting at 10 a.m. will also be cancelled, along with their Finance Committee Meeting.
This closure may also impact Albany Transit bus routes.
