Albany, GA – On Thursday, June 11, Hilsman Park on N. Van Buren Street was closed temporarily due to a sinkhole.
The City of Albany has fenced in the impacted area and reached out to a company to assess the sinkhole on Friday, June 12.
Residents are urged to stay out of the park while it is closed.
