The Applications Division provides comprehensive software life-cycle support. We are responsible for providing vision, research, development, support, leadership, and day-to-day application support to the City of Albany and Dougherty County. The division contributes to an efficient and productive City and County Government using innovative business solutions to improve citizen's access to information and services.

- Deployed the Fire Department Mobile Computer Terminals
- Launched Radio Frequency Identification Project for electronic inventory
- Upgraded Fleet Management Software
- Launched Laserfiche Project as a solution to automate workflow management
- Upgraded the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) OneSolution Mobile Computer Terminal Software
