Outdoor Athletic Facilities

Paul Eames Sports Complex Baseball Fields (2, 3 and 4)

$250.00 per field for one day with lights in use and fields prepared by city crews.

$200.00 per field for each additional day with no further preparation by city crews.

$100.00 per field for one day with no lights in use and fields prepared by city crews.

$50.00 per field for each additional day with no further preparation by city crews.

A $100.00 deposit due at the time of reservation. The deposit amount goes toward total fees due and is non-refundable.  All remaining fees are due 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

A $100.00 cleaning/security deposit is also due at the time of reservation. The deposit is refundable at the end of the event if the facility is as it was received and there is no property damage.

 

Youth Baseball Fields/Softball Fields Outdoor/ Basketball Courts

$150.00 per court/field for one day with lights in use and fields prepared by city crews and $125.00 per field for each additional day with no further preparation by city crews.

$50.00 per court/field for one day with no lights in use and fields prepared by city crews and $25.00 per field for each additional day with no further preparation by city crews.

A $100.00 deposit due at the time of reservation. The deposit amount goes toward total fees due and is non-refundable.  All remaining fees are due 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

A $100.00 cleaning/security deposit is also due at the time of reservation. The deposit is refundable at the end of the event if the facility is as it was received and there is no property damage.

 

Indoor Facilities

Rental Structure Type A — Parties and dances for participants 15 years of age and over

$60.00 per facility for three hours. The time needed for setup, the event, post-event cleaning and move out are included in hours facility is rented.

A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation, and the deposit amount goes toward total fees due.

$20.00 for each additional hour. All monies must be paid at the time of reservation.

Rental Structure Type B - Wedding, Banquet, Athletic Events, etc.

A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation, and the deposit amount goes toward total fees due.

$60.00 per facility for three hours. The time needed for setup, the event, post-event cleaning and move out are included in hours facility is rented.

$20.00 for each additional hour. All monies must be paid at the time of reservation.

 

Event Security

Securing and payment of uniformed City of Albany Police is required by Albany Recreation and Parks for all events. There must be one officer for every 50 individuals. Proof of event security is required 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

 

Passive Parks and Picnic Shelters Fees and Special Requirements

Tift Park, Ken Gardens Park, Gordon Sports Complex, Tallulah Massey Park, Shackleford Park, and C.W. Heath Park are some of the public parks available to host large, outdoor, public functions. These parks also have shelters that are available for rent.

Picnic Shelter Reservation Fees

$25.00 per shelter

Picnic Table(s) Reservation Fee
