Employee Relations

Advise department management regarding employee issues such as employee grievances, discipline, and/or termination.

Assist with the development and revisions of policies and procedures.

Administer programs designed to assist employees in maintaining a good work/life balance.

Employee Performance Management System (Performance Pro) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).

Training & Development

Develop, prepare, and present training programs covering a wide variety of job-related topics and areas.

Research, design, document and facilitate federal and state mandated training.

Coordinate and monitor the outsourcing or contracting of training.

Research and develop staff and finalize polices as requested.
