2019-2020 Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) RFP
DCED is seeking proposals from eligible, Certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) with the qualifications and capacity to develop affordable, single-family rental and homebuyer housing for low-to-moderate income households. Funding available under this RFP is up to $144,514 in HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program Funds.
2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Service RFP
DCED is seeking proposals from eligible, non-profit organizations with IRS 501(c)3 status who seek to provide quality community services to low and moderate income persons. Targeted priority services as identified within the City’s 2016-2021 Consolidated Plan include: youth services, drug abuse education, crime prevention, and employment training.
