City Receives National Procurement Certificate
Central Services received a certificate from the National Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) commemorating the City of Albany’s 60 years of membership.
In a letter accompanying the certificate, the organization states that its foundation is built on camaraderie, collaboration, and empowerment.
NIGP Has been the leading voice of state and local procurement professionals across the United States and Canada for more than 70-years. They work to develop a strong and engaged community of procurement practitioners, to support professional growth and development, and to empower by promoting and advocating for the procurement profession.
NIGP members have access to several benefits including over 95 courses of online and in person that help sharpen skills and knowledge of public procurement as leadership essentials.
