Hurricane Michael Storm Repair Permits:

In order to streamline the permitting process, applicants are required to submit clear and detailed printed photographs that show the damaged areas of the house or structure included in the scope of work.

CONTRACTORS are required to have a 2018 Occupational Tax Certificate for Albany-Dougherty County. The City Treasurer's Office will be issuing temporary OTC permits for companies performing storm repairs.

HOMEOWNERS applying for permits must have proof of residence at the address to be permitted, as well as record of ownership. Homeowners will be asked to complete a Homeowner's Affidavit, and the permit office has notaries on staff.
